What You Receive With Your Purchase

When you purchase premium clipart from Clip Art Oasis, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the clipart for both personal and commercial purposes. No additional licensing fees are required, regardless of how you intend to use the clipart. You may create products using this clipart and sell those products without paying any additional fees or royalties to Clip Art Oasis.

Copyright and Ownership

All premium clipart available at Clip Art Oasis is original artwork and is protected by copyright law. Clip Art Oasis retains full copyright ownership of all clipart sold on this site. Your purchase grants you a license to use the clipart under the terms described here — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the artwork to you in any way. You may not claim ownership of any clipart purchased from Clip Art Oasis, in whole or in part, regardless of any modifications made to the original files.

• Creating and selling finished physical products such as T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, hats, other apparel and accessories, greeting cards, junk journal pages and items, and any other project you have in mind, be it commercial or personal.

• Incorporating into website or non-website logos, branding materials, and business marketing materials

• Using in educational and classroom materials
• Using in scrapbooking, paper crafting, and mixed media projects
• Using in embroidery and heat transfer projects

• Reselling, redistributing, or giving away the original clipart files in any format, including PNG, SVG, EPS, or any other file format
• Including this clipart in any clipart collection, bundle, or set, whether sold or given away for free
• Selling or distributing (including giving away for free) this clipart as a stand-alone digital product of any kind
• Using the clipart “as is” in stand-alone digital products such as digital stickers, digital stamps, or similar items where the clipart itself is the primary element being sold without significant original design elements added
• Making minor alterations, recoloring, or superficial modifications to the clipart and reselling or redistributing the altered files as new or original designs
• Claiming copyright or ownership of the original clipart artwork or any design that is primarily composed of our clipart with minimal modification
• Uploading the clipart files to any stock image site, clipart marketplace, or digital asset platform
• Sub-licensing, transferring, or assigning your license rights to any other individual or entity
• Using the clipart in any way that allows end users to extract or download the original clipart file

Important Note on Digital Products

If you wish to create digital products using our clipart, the clipart must be meaningfully incorporated into a new, original design. This means combining it with other significant design elements, text, backgrounds, or graphics to create something distinctly new. Simply resizing, recoloring, or making minor adjustments to our clipart and selling it as a digital download is not permitted under this license.

Refunds

Because all products sold at Clip Art Oasis are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been successfully downloaded.

The nature of digital products makes it impossible to verify whether a file has been used after downloading, and unlike physical products, digital files cannot be returned.

We take great care to ensure that all product listings accurately represent the contents of each download, including providing preview images so that you can make a fully informed purchasing decision before completing your transaction.

However, we understand that truly exceptional circumstances can occasionally arise, and refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:

• Duplicate accidental purchases of the same product
• A file that is genuinely corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened despite reasonable troubleshooting efforts, or,
• A situation where the delivered file is fundamentally and significantly different from what was represented in the product listing.

Refund requests will not be considered for reasons such as a change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong product, or dissatisfaction with the style or appearance of a product that was accurately represented in the listing.

If you believe you have a legitimate reason for a refund request, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of your purchase, including your order number and a detailed description of the issue. We are committed to fair and reasonable customer service and will review every request with care and consideration.

What are the differences between PNG and SVG files?

PNG (Portable Network Graphic) is a raster image format made up of pixels, making it ideal for ordinary digital use, website use, social media, and other standard home printing.

SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) is a vector format that can be scaled to any size without losing quality, making it the perfect choice for large format printing (such as wall art), embroidery, and professional design work.

Please keep in mind that due to the complexity of the premium clipart available at this site, our SVG files do not “play well” with cutting machines including Cricut or Silhouette, because it is virtually impossible to assign “tracing paths” that would allow a cutting machine to successfully cut these types of images.

Which file format should I download — PNG or SVG?

PNG: If you plan to use the clipart for standard digital projects, social media graphics, greeting cards, stationery, junk journal pages, scrapbooking, on a website, or for other types of standard home printing, the PNG file will serve you well.

SVG: If you need to significantly enlarge the image, use it for large format printing (such as wall art), or use it in professional design software, choose the SVG file for the best results.

What software do I need to open a PNG file?

PNG files can be opened with virtually any image viewer, photo editor, or design program including:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva
• GIMP (free)
• Microsoft Word

PNG files can also be opened with standard web browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). No special software is required.

What software do I need to open an SVG file?

SVG files can be opened in a variety of free and paid programs including:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Inkscape (free)
• CorelDRAW
• Affinity Designer
• Affinity Photo 2

Many modern web browsers can also display SVG files directly.

Can this clipart be used for commercial purposes?

Yes! All premium clipart offered at Clip Art Oasis includes commercial use rights at no extra charge. You may use this clipart to create products you intend to sell, such as T-shirts, mugs, tote bags, printables, and more. You may also use this premium clipart on websites and social media.

However, because this particular image is not in the Public Domain and because Clipart Oasis has full copyright status for this clipart, you cannot claim copyright and cannot sell, give away for free, or otherwise distribute this clipart image as an actual stand-alone clipart image, either by itself or as part of a clipart bundle.

In other words, this free image may be used in both personal and commercial projects, including items you intend to create and sell. However, redistribution of the original image file in any format, under any circumstances, including giving it away for free, is strictly prohibited.

Can this clipart be modified or altered?

No. Modification or alteration of this clipart in any form is strictly prohibited. This image is the original, copyrighted work of Clipart Oasis and is not in the Public Domain. Clipart Oasis retains full copyright ownership of this image, including all intellectual property rights.

Your download and use of this image does not transfer, assign, or otherwise convey any ownership rights or copyright interests to you.

What sizes are these image files?

PNG:

PNG file sizes vary, although the majority of our premium images are 3500 x 3500 pixels with a resolution of 300 DPI. Files are provided at high resolution, suitable for most digital and home printing purposes. Generally, PNG file sizes vary within a range starting at 2 or 3 MB, going up to 14 or 15 MB. A very few of our images have larger file sizes up to approximately 30 MB. These are few and far between, fortunately!

SVG:

For projects requiring very large format printing (such as wall art), we recommend downloading the SVG version for unlimited scalability.

Unlike raster image formats such as PNG, files in SVG format are vector-based and infinitely scalable, meaning they can be resized to any dimension without any loss of image quality. As a result, traditional raster specifications such as pixels and DPI are not applicable to SVG files. Generally, SVG file sizes also vary within a range starting at 2 or 3 MB, going up to 14 or 15 MB. In some very few, rare cases, an SVG file can have a larger size, up to approximately 30 MB

Do files have a transparent background?

Yes! All of our premium PNG and SVG clipart files feature a transparent background, making them easy to place on any colored background in your designs without any white box or border around the image. The transparency allows for incorporation of our images into a huge variety of different creative needs!

How do I download my clipart?

Premium clipart images at Clip Art Oasis are immediately downloadable, after purchase. Once your purchase transaction has cleared, you will be directed to a customer portal area where you can immediately download your purchased clipart!

In addition to being able to access your purchased clipart from our customer portal, you will receive an email with link(s) to your purchased clipart.

Access your clipart files at any time — there is no expiration date for your download link(s).

Can I use your clipart in Cricut or Silhouette projects?

No. PNG images are not compatible with any cutting machines. Our SVG files have been designed/formatted specifically for use in digital design use only.

Our premium clipart features highly detailed, intricate designs that aren’t compatible with cutting machines. These machines require simple tracing paths to function properly, which complex artwork cannot support. Therefore, our SVG images are not compatible with any cutting machines, including Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio.
